Registration:
Register early as courses without a minimum number of students will be cancelled. Complete the registration form and submit, or mail your registration form on this page with your check or credit card information. Payment is due at time of registration. Registration forms can be found on the class page for either children or adults.
Acceptance Policy:
All are welcome at the Bay School regardless of race, sex, religious affiliation, national or ethnic origin.
Refund Policy:
If you withdraw your enrollment 11 days or more before start date of class, you will be refunded the amount you paid less a $15 administrative fee. NO refunds will be made for withdrawals made 10 days or less prior to the start date of class.
Course Cancellation:
If the school must cancel a course for any reason, all participants will be notified and given a full refund or given the opportunity to apply their credit to a future class.
School Closings due to Weather:
The Bay School follows the same closing schedule as the Mathews Public School System for inclement weather. Please tune to channel 3, 10 or 13 or listen to 99.1 for closing information.
Photographs:
By attending a class, exhibit, or event, you agree that any photographs may be used for promotional purposes. If you prefer we not take you or your child's photograph, please let us know immediately.
