YOGA

The Hatha Yoga class is for all levels and can be as gentle or as challenging as you would like. Kat Sharp brings her experience working as a massage therapist to design the class to include guided meditations, self massage, postural alignment, stretching and strength. Expect to leave the class calm, focused and renewed. Classes are held on the third floor of the Halcyon Building, 40 Court Street. Students will get a card when they register to give to the instructor. Cost is $75 for a card of 10 classes that can be used anytime up to a year.
