For those that have already taken this class the instructor will be using some new recipes. ThereÕs a new way to eat better Ð eat whatever is fresh and in season, and even better if itÕs grown locally and without pesticides. But how do you prepare seasonal foods, especially all the greens Ð like kale, arugula and fresh lettuces, collards, chard, turnip greens Ð and the root vegetables, like turnips, sweet potatoes, and winter radishes? Come to this Farm to Table class and find out Ð and also eat a delicious lunch!! Please bring a pen and paper to take notes. Printed recipes will be given. Class will be held at a private home in North, VA.
