Class Registration Policies


Register early as courses without a minimum of students will be cancelled.  Register online or stop by the Bay School.  Payment is due at the time of registration. Registration may be done in person, on the phone, or through our online registration system, ASAP Connected. To use the online system, you will be required to log in and provide contact information. Please be thorough and provide a phone number and email address - if we need to contact you about a class for which you have registered and all we have is a mailing address, you will not receive your information in a timely manner. Acceptance Policy

All are welcome at the Bay School regardless of race, gender, religious affiliation, national or ethnic origins.

Refund Policy

If you withdraw your enrollment more than 10 days before the class start date, you will be refunded or credited the class fee. Materials fees paid to the instructor will not be refunded unless you have referred a replacement student.  NO refunds will be made for withdrawals made 10 days or less prior to the start date of the class. 

We understand that last minute emergencies, illnesses, or conflicts come up that can't be controlled, and we are truly sorry, but due to committed expenses on the part of the Bay School, we are not able to make exceptions.  If the Bay School or the instructor cancels the workshop. a full refund or offer to switch to a different workshop will be issued.

Course Cancellation

If the school must cancel a class for any reason, all participants will be notified and given a full refund or given the opportunity to apply their credit to a future class.

School Closings Due to Weather

The Bay School will notify you if your class is cancelled.


By attending a class, exhibit, or event, you agree that any photographs may be used for promotional purposes.
