The Bay School Community Arts Center and Art Speaks Gallery will be holding an all animal show, All Creatures and “Best in Show” from January 31st  through February 25th.  All artwork will depict a variety of animals such as wildlife, pets, and horses. The “Best in Show” division will be exclusively dog art and will be judged as a real dog show. There is a wide variety of media on display in this show.  Artwork includes wall art, pottery, sculpture, glass art, collage, fiber art, photography, and jewelry. The artists participating in this show are both local and regional.

A new feature in the Art Speaks Gallery will be a youth division. The artwork will be created by youth from Bay School outreach and after school programs. Youth artwork will be displayed along with the other entries in All Creatures and “Best in Show”.

Many of the artists exhibiting in All Creatures and “Best in Show” take custom orders for photography, painting and other media. Information will be available for anyone interested in custom work.

The All Creatures and “Best in Show” opening day reception is January 31st from 5-7:00. The “Best in Show” division will be judged and awarded during the reception. The judging is meant to be fun and entertaining. There will be refreshments served and many of the participating artists will be attending.
