Arts at The Brambles Adult Day/Residential Center

Making the arts accessible to all is deeply ingrained in the mission of the Bay School Community Arts Center. Twice a month, our Outreach Coordinator, Davida Hall, provides creative services to the clients at the Brambles. The Brambles is a residential/day center specializing in the care of intellectually disabled adults. It is our privilege to partner with The Brambles to meet the creative needs of the individuals and staff. Through a variety of media and creative experimentation we are able to encourage these very special members of our community to openly express themselves in ways that speak louder than words. This program, as well as many others, is fully funded by grants from generous donors and other Bay School supporters.
"Our individuals are very excited when the Bay School comes.  We see more participation each weeks she comes.  Our individuals have intellectual disabilities and the Bay School has embraced their needs."
