Visual Storytelling is the October show on exhibit from September 24th through October 25th. All artwork has a story behind the inspiration but the artwork entered in Visual Storytelling begs the viewer to use their imagination. "Every picture tells a story" and each piece of art from Visual Storytelling has a story to tell. Entries from Visual Storytelling will engage the viewer's imagination and curiosity about what IS the "story is behind the art".

The After School Open Arts kids will have the opportunity to come up with their own stories to go along with their favorite pieces and they will be displayed together. Now that the After School program has resumed kids will get to vote for their favorite and a "Kids Choice Award" will be awarded.

Join us September 24th in the Art Speaks gallery for the opening of Visual Storytelling, from 5-7:00. Drinks will be served in the front of the gallery on the patio.
