"Appalachian Shindig" POSTPONED Gourmet Dinner and Fine Art Auction

The moment we've all been waiting for - our fall fundraising auction is happening on Wednesday, September 15! Our fine art auction gala fundraiser is back with a new atmosphere for 2021. The event will be hosted by The White Dog Bistro, under the event tent in their back yard, with musical performance by Lana Puckett and Kim Person. We are limiting the number of guests to 50, and keeping an eye on rising COVID variant concerns, so don't delay purchasing your tickets! To maximize everyone's safety, we are requiring that all guests be vaccinated and prepared to show their vaccination cards. Ticket sales end September 1.
In today's environment, it is best to be seated with people you know and with whom you feel comfortable. So get your gang together, and let us know who you'll be sitting with when you purchase your tickets. We can't wait to see you under the big tent!
The menu is Appalachian Gourmet, from Chef Walter. Dinner will be served under the tent, with drinks on the terrace, patio, and Wine Down Bar. All drinks are complimentary. Please choose your entrée when you purchase your ticket.
This event is our major annual fundraiser and will include live and silent auctions. Please come prepared to support our mission while you enjoy a fabulous dinner and a wonderful night out with friends! Appalachian Spinach Salad with Marinated Cucumber, Heirloom Tomato, Pickled Onions, Herb Goat Cheese, and Bacon Molasses Vinaigrette. Served with Skillet Corn Bread and Honey Butter (Vegan Substitutes available for Dressing and Honey Butter)
