Tai Chi has been described as meditation and yoga in motion to become centered in the midst of constant motion. The gentle yet powerful movements can be done by people of all abilities and improve health, balance, stress, and flexibility. Feel a peaceful energy. Classes are held at Hudgins Rescue Squad building. Each class is $6 and sold in increments of 10. Students will get a card when they register to give to the instructor. Jack will keep roll and when your allotted number of paid classes have been used, he will let you know.
