This is an intimate dinner, limited to 24 guests, in the Art Speaks Gallery. Restaurant COVID protocols will be in place. You will be seated only with those in your party, at tables of 2, 4, or 6 people. Please indicate in the notes who will be in your party.

1st Course for Seated Dinner
Mixed Green Salad with Fresh Strawberries, Blueberries, Candied Pecans, and Herb Goat Cheese Dressed in Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette. Served with Artisan Breads and Honey Lavender and Herb Butter
2nd Course (RSVP with your choices)
1. Parmesan and Herb Broiled Red Snapper with Dirty Rice and Hearts of Palm/Citrus Salsa
2. Wild Mushroom and Creamy Orzo Stuffed Peppers with Black Truffles and Walnut Dressing
3. Bronzed and Sliced Roast Tenderloin with Chive Whipped Potatoes and Jardiniere Blanchette
(tomato and vegetables incorporated into a sauce of demi-glace, red wine, and a touch of cream)
Warm New Orleans Style Bread Pudding with Dark Cherries, Topped with Salted Caramel and Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
