Please join us on March 13 for an Irish Culinary Experience celebrating Irish cuisine.


The festivities begin at 5:30 with art and Irish beverages at The Bay School.  

At 6:15, we will walk to The White Dog Bistro to savor appetizers and a three-course authentic Irish dinner with the entree of your choice. Passed hors d'oeuvres precede two seated courses and dessert. Your dinner includes two tickets for your choice of a selection of bar drinks. A cash bar will also be open.

Tickets are $120 per person for members, and $130 per person for non-members. 


Springtime Irish Dinner Menu

Hors de oeuvres passed and served during cocktail hour
1. Whiskey Maple Mustard Glazed Smoked Salmon with Red Cabbage Slaw on Crostini
2. Assorted Mini Boxty : Bacon and Melted Dubliner, Dill Sour Cream and Caviar, Garlic and Parmesan Chicken

First Course (Seated) Salad
Pub Style Salad with Sliced Cucumber, Pickled Beets, Shaved Radish, Sliced Egg, Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes and Creamy Tarragon / Dill Dressing

Second Course (Your Choice)
Entrée Selections are all served with the Chef's seasonal vegetable selection, Irish Soda Bread and Honey Herb Butter
1. Pheasant Sausage and Root Vegetable Coddle
2. Braised Lamb Shanks with Raspberry Mint Demi-Glace and Colcannon Potatoes
3. Broiled Cod Cakes with Smoked Oyster Chowder

Third Course Dessert
Warm Irish Boilermaker Bread Pudding
Made with Jameson Irish Whisky Soaked Raisins, Guinness Stout Dark Chocolate Sauce, and Whipped Cream


Two drink tickets (good for either a 3 oz. pour of Mead, 5 oz. pour of House Wine, or 12 oz beer) are included; you will receive them upon arrival at The White Dog.
